How we match you with a teacher
We start with a short call about what you would like from your practice. Tell us any preference, including a female teacher, and we will match you where availability allows.
What you need at home
A little clear floor space, comfortable clothing and a water bottle. A session runs 45–60 minutes. If you need a mat or props, tell us when you book.
How the programme grows
After your Discovery Session your teacher recommends a way to continue. As your practice develops, they review what has changed and adjust the plan with you.

- What time can sessions take place?
- We agree a time with you when we call, and confirm it before you pay. Morning and afternoon or evening plans are both available.
