What makes a yoga session premium
A session belongs entirely to you. Your teacher adapts each posture, breath and pause as you go, and remembers what changed since last time. There is no room to find a place in, and no fixed class to keep up with.
Who teaches you
Every teacher is trained and mentored by Master Samresh Keshyap, who has taught for more than twenty years across seventeen countries. If you would like to work with him directly, founder sessions are available by separate appointment.
Discreet, at your home
Your address, your schedule and anything you share about your health stay with us. We never publish a client's name or photograph without their explicit permission.

- How is premium private yoga different from a yoga studio?
- A studio class follows one sequence for everyone in the room. A private session is planned for you alone, at your home or online, with your teacher's full attention.
- Can I practise with Master Samresh personally?
- Yes, by separate appointment and subject to his availability. Choose founder sessions when you request a Discovery Session.
