The Founder
Master Samresh Keshyap
Two decades. Seventeen countries. One refusal — to let expertise this specific be diluted into a group class.

Master Samresh Keshyap began at Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar, where he trained in yogic sciences and worked as a yoga and naturopathy therapist. Over more than twenty years he has taught across seventeen countries, including at Universal Yoga Asia in Macau, True Yoga in Singapore and Pure Yoga in Singapore and Shanghai, before returning to India to build Pure Lifestyle Yoga in Gurugram.
A national yogasana gold medalist, he holds a Master's degree in Yoga, doctorates in Yoga and Naturopathy, and 500 hours of Yoga Alliance teacher training. His specialisations are yoga therapy, body alignment and sports injury therapy.
He founded Pure Lifestyle Yoga on a single conviction: yoga taught to a room can never be yoga built for a body. Every posture is corrected for this spine and these joints, not for an aesthetic the room happens to share.
Expertise this specific should never be diluted into a group class.
That conviction is why he personally trains every practitioner who works under his name. The Pure Method is not a brand applied to freelancers — it is a standard transmitted directly, so the client's experience holds no matter who they practise with.
