Our services

We provide private, corporate and online yoga instruction and related wellness programmes. Every engagement begins with a Discovery Session — an assessment, not a commitment to continue. Any programme recommendation is tailored to the information you provide.

Health disclaimer

Our instruction supports general wellbeing and, where appropriate, therapeutic goals. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please tell us about any injury, condition or pregnancy before we begin, and consult your physician if you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you. You participate at your own discretion.

Bookings, fees and cancellations

• Fees for the Discovery Session and programmes are confirmed before you commit.
• Session times are reserved for you; we ask for reasonable notice to reschedule so the time can be offered to another client.
• Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are shared with your programme details.

Conduct

We ask that sessions take place in a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where that standard is not met.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including The Pure Method and all written material, is the property of Pure Lifestyle Yoga and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Lifestyle Yoga is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in a session undertaken contrary to our health guidance.
