Yes! We offer a 45-minute discovery session for all new members. This helps us understand your goals and design the perfect program for you.

We cover all of Gurugram & Delhi NCR including DLF phases, Sohna Road, Golf Course Road, Cyber City, MG Road, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm your location.
📌 Do I need prior yoga experience?
Absolutely not. We welcome complete beginners and tailor every session to your current level. Our Yoga Masters are experienced in working with all abilities and health conditions.
📌 Do you provide yoga equipment?
For home sessions, Our Yoga Masters bring a premium mat, blocks, straps, and bolsters. You dont need to invest in any equipment to get started.
